SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Before returning any item, you must contact a Seems Legit Garage LLC representative by email to explain the issue and the reason for your return request. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

All authorized returns are processed only after the item has been received and inspected by Seems Legit Garage LLC. Seems Legit Garage LLC reserves the right to approve or deny any return request.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returned parts must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. Returns must be received by Seems Legit Garage LLC within 30 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for a refund.
No returns will be accepted on:

Custom-built products

Special-order or custom-order products
-
Used or installed products
-
Products damaged during installation

Deposits made to reserve or hold an item
Deposits are nonrefundable.
All returned items will be thoroughly inspected before any refund or exchange is approved.
RESTOCKING FEES AND RETURN SHIPPING
A 20% restocking fee, calculated from the full purchase price of the returned item, will apply to all returns that are not the result of an error made by Seems Legit Garage LLC.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping, handling, insurance, customs, duties, and other costs associated with returning an item unless otherwise agreed upon.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
SHIPPING LOSS, DAMAGE, AND OPTIONAL INSURANCE
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Seems Legit Garage LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged while in transit, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Seems Legit Garage LLC is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address supplied by the customer.
Optional shipping insurance or shipping protection may be available during checkout. We strongly recommend purchasing this coverage, particularly for expensive, custom, special-order, or difficult-to-replace products.
Customers who decline optional shipping insurance accept the risk of loss or damage during transit and may be responsible for filing any available claim directly with the shipping carrier.
If an insured shipment is lost or damaged, the customer must follow the claim procedures and requirements of the applicable insurance provider or shipping carrier. Approval and payment of any claim are determined by that provider and are not guaranteed by Seems Legit Garage LLC.
Any visible shipping damage should be photographed and reported immediately. Customers must retain the product, shipping box, packaging materials, shipping label, and all other contents until the carrier or insurance claim has been completed. Discarding packaging or failing to provide the required documentation may result in denial of the claim.
Shipping damage is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under our defective-product return policy.
RETURNS DUE TO DEFECT
Seems Legit Garage LLC will accept returns of Seems Legit Garage-branded products with verified defects in materials or manufacturing workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Seems Legit Garage LLC is not responsible for incorrect vehicle or application fitment. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify compatibility and fitment before placing an order.
If Seems Legit Garage LLC makes a fulfillment error and ships an incorrect product, the item will be accepted for return or exchange when reported within 30 days of purchase.
Defective or incorrectly shipped products will be repaired, replaced, exchanged, or otherwise resolved after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon delivery and contact us promptly if you believe there is an issue.
Products manufactured by another company are subject to that manufacturer’s warranty and defective-product policies. Seems Legit Garage LLC is not responsible for replacing or refunding a third-party product when the manufacturer does not approve or cover the claim.
This defective-product policy does not apply to damage caused by shipping, unboxing, improper handling, misuse, modification, incorrect fitment, improper installation, installation error, accidents, racing, or normal wear and tear.
