Upgrade your ZF 8HP mechatronics to be fully compatible with TurboLamik control with our professional in-house soldering service. Unlike most PCBs, which typically have a glass transition temperature of only 110–130 °C and can soften or short internally under sustained heat, our board is rated to 170 °C. That higher temperature margin dramatically improves reliability, helping prevent faults and failures—so you can push the car hard without worrying about random codes or transmission issues.

- 6061 billet gold cover.
- Professional-grade epoxy to secure and encase the soldering job.
Service Process:
- Unpacking: Your mechatronics are carefully unpacked upon arrival.
- Preparation: The unit is precisely cut open using professional tools.
- PCB Installation: The TCU is rerouted, and the PCB board is expertly soldered into place.
- Encasement: Epoxy is laid into the case for durability and allowed to cure fully.
- Shipping: Your mechatronics is carefully repacked and shipped back to you.
Lead Time:
- The entire process is completed within one week from the time we receive your mechatronics.

- Ship us your ZF 8HP mechatronics, and we’ll handle the rest. Include your name on the shipping label.
- Once completed, we’ll carefully ship it back to you.
