Fresh Produce M54 Front-Mount Turbo Manifold
 
Fabricated by Cory Misko of Fresh Produce, this front-mount turbo manifold was designed for dedicated track and drift cars where performance, serviceability, and downpipe routing take priority.
 
Unlike a traditional rear-positioned bottom-mount setup, this design places the turbo toward the front of the engine bay. This allows for a smoother, long-radius downpipe instead of the tight bends commonly required with conventional bottom-mount manifolds. Depending on the turbo and intake configuration, the layout can support a downpipe as large as 4 inches.
 
The design was originally developed for Cory Misko’s turbocharged E46 and received a true trial by fire during Drift Week. The car completed more than 7,000 miles of road travel and eight days of drifting without any manifold failures.
 
Due to the forward turbo placement, retaining a conventional front-mounted radiator may be difficult. A front radiator can still be possible with the correct turbo, intake, and cooling-system configuration.
 
A dedicated motor-mount arm and bushing are included to provide the clearance required for the manifold and turbo placement.

CNC-machined and ported head flange
1/2-inch stainless-steel T4 open-scroll turbo flange
Threaded M10 x 1.5 turbo mounting holes
Collectors and runners internally welded at the head flange
Fully back-purged and TIG welded
Flanges resurfaced after welding to maintain flatness
Supports smoother, long-radius downpipe routing
Capable of supporting up to a 4-inch downpipe, depending on the installation
Includes motor-mount arm and bushing
 
Intended Use
This manifold is best suited for track-focused, drift, and competition builds. Customers should plan the turbocharger, intake, radiator, intercooler piping, and downpipe layout around the forward-mounted turbo position.
