BMW N5X/S55 to BMW 8HP Adapter

Unlock the potential of your N52, N54, N55, or S55 powered BMW with this 8HP transmission adapter kit. We had these custom made for us by ADAMAT so you can finally use the same B58 based ZF 8HP50 and 51 transmission from the F-series BMW's and Toyota Supra. These transmissions shift faster and are much stronger than the 6HP that come standard. Currently the only 8HP kits for the N series of engines require the diesel 8HP70 version, but these are very hard to find in the USA and are angled wrong. The B58 8HP is revolutionizing the N54 racing world. This transmission has been amazing in our 135i single turbo time-attack car.

Available in a billet flywheel and OEM flex plate option (You keep your stock automatic flex plate). We recommend the billet flywheel option for cars that are cltuch kicking or launching hard at high boost. 
 
When paired with the HTG gearbox controller the fully closed-loop tuning makes setup super easy and the drivability like OEM. A transbrake and virtual clutch are easily enabled. With stock internals we have seen these B58 8HP50 transmissions hold over 650 ft-lbs without issue when controlled with the HTG and increasing the line pressures.
