This crossmember is designed to work with all HPR ZF 8HP and BMW DCT rear transmission mounts. The slotted mounting design provides excellent adjustability, making it easier to position the transmission and establish the correct drivetrain angle. This flexibility also allows the crossmember to work with many different engine-to-transmission adapter systems.
Billet Aluminum Construction
The crossmember is CNC-machined from billet aluminum and anodized for improved durability, corrosion resistance and a premium finish. All required crossmember installation hardware is included.
Adjustable Fitment
Slotted mounting holes in both the HPR rear transmission mount and crossmember allow for adjustment during installation.

- Adapter-plate thickness
- Drivetrain angle
- Custom swap configurations

Compatible with many aftermarket adapter systems when used with the correct HPR rear transmission mount.
Important Installation Requirements
The factory GT86/BRZ crossmember mounting location is not suitable for this conversion.
New threaded mounting points must be added to the factory transmission-tunnel rails. This can be completed by welding threaded bosses or suitable nuts into position.
HPR recommends welding approximately 1.5 mm reinforcement plates around the new threaded mounting locations to properly reinforce the tunnel rails.
HPR Rear Mount Required
This crossmember is designed exclusively for use with an HPR 8HP or DCT rear transmission mount.
It is not compatible with an original equipment transmission mount.
For the most direct installation, pair this crossmember with the correct HPR rear mount for your transmission.
