RB Block Brace

HPR Nissan RB 7068 Billet Block Brace
This brace provides additional lower-block support for high-performance and high-power RB engine builds.
 
Developed entirely in-house using high-resolution Handyscan Black Elite 3D scanning, the brace is precisely modeled around the RB block to ensure accurate fitment after machining. This eliminates the grinding and bolt clearancing commonly required with other block-brace designs.
 
At only 8 mm thick, the HPR brace is one of the slimmest options available. Its compact profile retains clearance for the four lower bellhousing bolts without requiring the bolts to be modified.
 
7068 Billet Aluminum Construction
The brace is CNC-machined from 7068 aluminum, one of the strongest commercially available aluminum alloys. This provides exceptional strength and rigidity while maintaining the low weight and corrosion resistance of an aluminum component, making it an ideal solution for demanding RB engine applications.
 
Low-Profile 8 mm Design
With a total installed height of only 8 mm, the HPR block brace minimizes changes to the oil-pan position and overall engine height. The compact design allows the four lower bellhousing bolts to remain unmodified. Only minor trimming of the corresponding holes in the factory oil pan is required to provide clearance.
 
Complete Oil-Pickup Solution
A complete oil-pickup solution allows the correct pickup positioning in the pan 
 
Installation Requirements
Minor trimming of the factory oil-pan holes is required to provide clearance around the four lower bellhousing bolts. The bolts themselves do not require grinding or modification.
