Axles:
Our custom axles feature billet, heat-treated, and e-coated inner and outer stubs for maximum strength. These axles have been tested to withstand all the abuse you can dish out on the street, strip, or track. Aftermarket guide rods are required for proper clearance, which we’ve included in the bundle. Paired with premium ARP fasteners, the Outlaw upgrade ensures you’re getting the strongest axle assembly on the market.
Gear Ratio Recommendations:
- Manual transmissions: We recommend a 3.55 gear ratio.
- Automatic transmissions: A 3.08 gear ratio
These both offer a great balance of top speed and acceleration. Keep in mind: Higher gear ratios provide quicker acceleration but reduce top speed per gear. The factory gear ratios are 3.15 for automatic and 3.46 for manual.
