Introducing  the latest innovation from DCT Shifter in Sweden: the Clutch Pedal Simulator — designed to replicate the feel of a "real" clutch pedal. Comes with a built-in 5v analog pressure/position sensor for straightforward integration into your build.

 

This Clutch Pedal Simulator is compatible with most transmission control systems that support clutch functionality for DCT/8HP transmissions, including popular solutions like Turbolamik and MaxxECU.

 

The unit features a robust, compact design crafted from high-quality anodized aluminum for maximum durability and protection. Made in Sweden.

 

Firewall/Pedalbox Version: Includes a M8 rod with clevis link and a mounting plate that fits most firewalls (with center-to-center distances between 62–53 mm). 


Remote Version: Comes with a 3/8-24 UNF fitting, allowing it to connect seamlessly as a slave cylinder after your main clutch cylinder. Also comes with a stainless steel mounting bracket in.

 

Notes:

When you set up (calibrate) your simulator to your gearbox controller, please leave some room from when clutch pedal is not pressed. Heat from engine bay and others does some slight pressure change (voltage rise about 0.1v at 80 Celsius). So if you read ~0.5v when 0% pressed, set 0% to at least 0.8-1.0v.

 

Small M3 screw is for bleeding.

 

Please be aware: you might need a "help spring" to correctly pull the pedal back. We've noticed some setups work great without one, but it seems to depend on your pedal's geometry and cylinder size.
