Gen 2/3 BMW Manual Park Release Kit - Pan Mount
A very trick solution from Guru Autowerks for manually releasing the parking pawl on BMW Gen2 and Gen3 ZF 8HP transmissions!
This Manual Park Release Kit is designed for RWD BMW 8HP50, 8HP51, 8HP75, and 8HP76 transmissions equipped with the newer single-hole park release lever arm.
This kit allows you to manually disengage the parking pawl, making it incredibly useful for towing, trailer loading, moving disabled vehicles, or maneuvering race cars with the engine off.
The low-profile bracket bolts directly to the transmission without cutting, drilling, or permanent modifications. A 39" cable connects to a compact, remotely mounted release handle featuring a spring-loaded locking pin to hold the transmission in the released position.

Important Fitment Notes
RWD ONLY. This version does not clear the front driveshaft on xDrive/AWD applications. An AWD-compatible version is currently in development.
This kit fits transmissions using the newer single-hole park release lever arm. If your transmission uses the older jam-screw style release mechanism through the oil pan flange, you will need the Gen1 BMW Manual Park Release Kit instead.
