HPR ZF 8HP Output Flange
The HPR ZF 8HP Output Flange provides a strong and versatile solution for connecting a custom driveshaft to your 8HP transmission.

Designed and manufactured by HPR, the flange is CNC-machined from 4140 chromoly steel. It undergoes a dual-stage heat-treatment process, combining through-hardening for strength and ductility with case-hardening for increased surface hardness. Each flange is then polished and finished with a black zinc coating for additional corrosion protection.
The flange installs directly onto the factory ZF 8HP transmission output shaft and supports several common driveshaft configurations. It can be used with a heavy-duty 1350-series U-joint flange or configured for Toyota and Nissan four-bolt driveshaft patterns.
An integrated speed-sensor pickup ring is machined directly into the flange. The pickup teeth are compatible with Cherry-style magnetic Hall-effect sensors, providing a convenient transmission-output-speed signal for an ECU, transmission controller, dash, or data-logging system.

Select the Toyota/Nissan pilot-ring option when connecting the flange to a compatible Toyota or Nissan driveshaft. The additional pilot ring is not required for standard 1350-series yoke applications.
