This is a nickel-plated BMW M56 valve cover, configured specifically for M54 race engines running an external catch can system. The factory internal CCV system is fully bypassed, allowing unrestricted crankcase ventilation directly to a catch can under both vacuum and boost conditions.
Nickel plating offers excellent corrosion resistance, wipes clean easily after track use, and delivers one of the most durable and best-looking finishes available for an engine bay.
